These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sidibe Tutoring website and tutoring services provided by Mamadou Sidibe ("Tutor," "we," or "us"). By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or scheduling a tutoring session, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are a parent/legal guardian acting on behalf of a student aged 5 to 65. If you are a minor, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Services Offered

Sidibe Tutoring offers one-on-one educational tutoring sessions in the following subjects:

French — beginner to advanced
English — reading, writing, ESL, and test preparation
Mathematics — arithmetic through calculus

Services are available for students aged 5 to 65. Sessions may be conducted online (virtually) or in-person, subject to availability and mutual agreement.

3. Appointment Scheduling

Appointments requested through this website are requests only and are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from Mr. Sidibe at ms8395074@gmail.com.

Requests are typically reviewed within 24 hours.
A session is only confirmed upon written email confirmation from the tutor.
Availability is subject to change without prior notice on the website calendar.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that schedules change. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules.

Cancellations with 24+ hours' notice: no penalty; session may be rescheduled.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a partial or full session fee, at the tutor's discretion.
In the event the tutor must cancel, you will be notified as early as possible and offered a full reschedule or refund of any pre-paid session fee.

5. Fees & Payment

Session rates are communicated directly by Mr. Sidibe upon confirmation of your appointment. Payment terms, accepted methods, and schedules will be agreed upon prior to the first session. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

6. Code of Conduct

All students and parents/guardians agree to:

Be respectful and professional during sessions.
Not engage in any form of harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior.
Arrive (or log on) on time for scheduled sessions.
Ensure a suitable learning environment during online and in-person sessions.

The tutor reserves the right to terminate a session or refuse future services to any student or guardian who violates this code.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, lesson plans, worksheets, and resources created or shared by Mr. Sidibe remain his intellectual property. Students may use materials for personal educational purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sidibe Tutoring provides educational support services and makes no guarantees regarding specific academic outcomes, grades, or test results. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

9. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law principles.
